Ice breakers

Amazingly, we're still in the water! Only a thin film of ice on the small pool of water that annoyingly collects on the port side of the stern...

Our sneaky morning sail surprised several small white and black ducks, who were very offended when they came up for air right beside the snapping turtle. Several of them swam right under us as we cut through their midst, thoroughly disturbing their morning routine.

Turning around in time to get back and head to work was painful; hopefully tomorrow I'll get up earlier and be able to stay out longer!
